Alexia is one of the few sports nutritionists who combines a PhD in Sports Nutrition with extensive experience in the field. She is recognized for her ability to summarize information and make it easy to understand as well as for her consistently applicable, realistic and effective interventions that also take scientific advances into account.
Adopting a customized approach that considers every aspect of performance is of the utmost importance to Alexia. Her empathy and true desire to clearly understand her clients’ needs, challenges, goals and obstacles drive her to adapt interventions so that they are as effective and functional as possible while ensuring they also have a real, significant impact on her clients’ lives overall.
Over the course of her career, Alexia has encountered a large number of athletes/artists who have an unhealthy relationship with food. As such, she recognizes how fundamentally important it is to make this issue an essential part of her interventions. Indeed, Alexia firmly believes that having a healthy relationship with food is what enables athletes not only to achieve their goals, but also to surpass them.
